I've been mentioned in thank you cards before and that makes my day It's nice to think they remember the help i've given, not just what the vet has done.

Worse for him though as we are a PSDA hospital, so for him to go and see a 'proper' vet, he had to pay!! Good enough for him, I hope they charged him plenty lol!!

ooo what a twat man!! well i hope he saw the "proper" vet and they had fun with him!! Some people!! imagine he did that in a hospital emergency room over a cut finger ye would like to see that work bloody twat!!

Firstly, he arrives with no appt, claimed dog 'bleeding to death' due to a bite on ear, it was obvious from waiting room, dog was not bleeding to death, maybe one drop of blood on floor. Because he wasnt ushered into consultation straightaway - we had a packed waiting room, he then got very nasty and used abusive language to receptionist. She is normally very good and doesnt get annoyed, but he had her in tears, I had to take over reception for her. He then proceeded to verbally assault our senior vet who came to waiting room and asked him to have a seat - she would see him asap.

He ended up leaving and saying f*** you all, I will go and see a 'proper' vet!!!!

uff he sounds like a right *** saskia wouldnt let him wind you up!

I like when clients are nice and really apprciate what you do for them makes everytihng seem less crap!

I have had a really shit week to be honest, crazy busy it terrible and I had to witness a really nasty client today, shout abuse at our receptionist all over a packed waiting room, he then proceeded to insult our senior vet - not nice

That was really nice Miss VN, it is nice to feel appreciated on occassions, especially when you are not feeling well.

Our receptionist got a phonecall yesterday from a client I had seen earlier in the day, thanking me for how I treated her and her pet when she was in for a consult! Really made my day
