I have to say if someone offered me a bulldog I would take it no probs, I think they have such lovely characters. We have a couple registered at work who are actually not bad looking specimens! They are fairly small, not got scrunched up noses or broad shoulders and are the friendliest little things.
Nothing like one we used to treat a few years ago. 'Eric' was a huge, broad shouldered, short legged brute of a bulldog, with facial fold dermatitis a curled round tail which became a fistula and used to get horribly infected, bad joints and the usual breathing difficulties associated with this breed. We got to know him quite well due to him coming in so often for us to clean him up, he eventually died under anaesthetic.

Re: Bulldogs

One of our nurses at work has 3.
