Well I survived- hair looks ok. Was left hanging at reception for 20 mins without being acknowledged , other staff spoke to other people waiting behind me which got my blood pressure rising. I think perhaps here things are a little more laid back than Im used to!

All the time I was thinking how I would have been hauled over the coals if I didnt speak to a client in waiting rm or keep a client waiting. Anyhoo, its done now and I dont feel the need to hide under a hat!

will tell you bout my faux pa the other week!

I tried to save some money and get a trim .......................fine, then buy my own dye.

didnt go well, i came down the stair and my oh said is it ment to be that colour?

kind of a gingery tinge at the roots! phoned my pal and she squeezed me in 2 days after! wil never live that down, every night out will be 'do you remember when you died your hair ginger!'

i love getting my hair done, my friend owns her own salon and all the girls in there except one all go about for drinks together, so we are all close friends. Im lucky. would be gutted if they closed!

i know i genuinely hate people who simple don't care, i mean as a customer you want to feel valued!! But least you got it all sorted I travel 90 minutes on the bus for my hairdress... i get a bit paranoid about who cuts my hair lol!!

Well phoned another hairdresser,so helpful and generally sounded like they wanted to speak to me so I cancelled the other place- all I got when I cancelled was 'rite ,bye'. Obviously too busy to be bothered!

The last time I couldn't get an appointment with my normal hairdresser I went to another Aveda salon and they somehow managed to make my blonde roots bright ORANGE, not enjoyable! They said if they left it on any longer it would cause my hair to fall out - eh no, I've been bleaching the life out of it for years now!!! But save it by using Nexxus Emergencee, it's AMAZING! My normal straw like hair actually feels soft now! Enjoyment indeed!!!

I'm funny with my hair too, recently tried a hairdressers near work and my hair looked like it had been cut with a knife and fork. I wanted to cry. I apparently have "a lot of hair but its thin" so its hard to cut as any mistake is really obvious
