Hi Hayley

We offer the PHC course - it is a varied course covering a number of elements of practice but with an emphasis on nutrition and nurse clinics. Topics covered include Dentistry, Behaviour, diabetes, Puppy parties and how to promote your clinics. The course is held over 3 days at a lovely hotel with great food and facilities and the nurses who attend generally have a great time! We do also offer courses for Receptionists which are 1 day! I would suggest you speak to your RC Veterinary Business Manager who can give you more information!

That's why I wouldn't go on a branded course as you will be contracted to purchase certain amount of food, whereas the Cert SAN is more generalised and prob more based on treating disease with reduce/increasing certain nutrients rather than feed this diet for that disease etc...

There are a few on here who have done the Cert SAN (kezza the cat for one).

The PHC course is about £450 but you do get to stay in a hotel for the duration. Generally works out that you pay half and then the rest of the course will be paid as food ordered in. Brilliant course though, would recommend.
