&lt;p&gt;pre anaesthetic profile, ca and nh3. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;take control out of freezer, let thaw&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3ml from the clear bottle into the purple top and leave for at least an hour.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;on vettest select number 6 (controls)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then select which batch (written on side of bottle)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then run as a normal sample. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
