 Can anyone recommend any books i can buy on how to dissect a dead horse? Strange question i know, but i have two horse legs in my freezer (much to my husbands complete and utter horror) that i want to dissect. I think I have some dissection notes I can forward somewhere, but just heading off to work so it may take a day or two to send them!&lt;/p&gt;
