You're allowed to display posters that the reps can give you advertising a treatment for a particular problem, that says "Brought to you by...........makers of........................" but you can't advertise any POM-V products to clients.

It was changed so we, VNs, can be advertised to but can't remember as general public - I would go with no just to be safe

thats what i was thinking, i'm sure it was changed so drugs could be advertised to VN's but not to the general public

I can't remember to be honest but looking at all the posters we have from drug companies, none of them have drug names on them, they're all what you would call educational! Most of them have the company name but not the drug.
