I know it sounds naff but my sister in law is one &amp;amp; does stuff with scarring &amp;amp; broken veins. One of our nurses wanted some treatment &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp;she was honest enough to look &amp;amp; advise it was needing more than she could do. She referred her to a (private) dermatologist. &lt;/p&gt;
