We do offer clients with house cats not to bother with the FeLv, but the boss hates doing it cause he wants the £!!

I used to work with a vet who told clients with cats over 5yo not to bother with Felv because the incidence of cats over 5 contracting it is under 2%, i've tried saying that at the practice I've worked at now, and suprise suprise the boss doesn't like that either!!

We charge £24.50 for Tricat and £39.50 for Tricat FeLv, which includes health check.

I'm in south wales very close to the border.

you have to factor in the area you are in. No point hiking things up and noone can pay or they leave in droves.

hey i guess you are all from England.. i live in n.ire and we charge £11 for consults and i think £20 for a cat booster.

Vaccines don't really cost that much at all. You are mostly paying for the consult. When you think a standard consult is about £35, the extra for the vaccine doesn't seem that much!

Prices vary so much around the country it'd be difficult to say, although that doesn't sound over-the-top to me. You're not just paying for the vaccine, but for the vet's time in completing a thorough healthcheck - much more important than the vaccine, and spending time advising on any worries or general issues you may have.

yee there indoor cats and for 50 quid each am wondering if theres much point i know i should just seems like alot of money!! i think though the reaosn it myt be so exp is that thye have a care plan thing that you can join so u get a free booseter! not sure though!! just seems so pricey!!

our is £35 for full booster (flu & leuk) with a full free health check in with the cost.

We charge £31.61 for flu and enteritis booster and £50.47 for flu/ ent and leukaemia.

I can't remember our prices but I can remember for two cats for RCP FeLV plus buying 2 wormers comes to around 97 pound!

we charge for RCP £19.48 and for RCP FeLV £33.18
