I also sent an e-mail to that bloke and just got a response saying he'll try to sort the problem out? Has anyone recieved their cert yet?

i emailed them earlier, i had to send them a copy of the pass page, they then had to send it to companion consultancy who should email the certificate to me. nothing like hard work hey. The email address of the bloke is Dan.Ciolte@pfizer.com he should be able to help you out.

The rep rang back and said they were going to get someone else to call me but haven't heard anything as of yet

Couldnt print my cert either. Have contacted them, sent e mail of pass screen and they are e mailing cert back to me. Apparently they are having problems

I've just completed the course and i am also having problems printing off the certificate, did anyone get back to you about yours?

I emailed Pfizer and yes this course is totally free and you don't even need to use their products to enrol.

I just put my VN number and got my confirmation straight away. I registered with it over weekend finished it last night but couldn't print off my certificate!!! Have had to ring my rep this morn cos don't know if there's a problem with the site.

Apparently someone's going to ring me back tomorrow.

I put unknown as i thought they were going on about a practice number (blushing now when i think about that faux pas!) still my email also came through pretty fast so guess it doesn't really matter. They can soon contact me if they need my rcvs number!!!

Does look great - and some online cpd is just what i need at the moment.....

I put my RCVS number.

I've just started section 4 and if you have a crap internet connection like I do the CPD probably will take 10 hours

I put my RCVS number, dunno if that's what they want though. Sure I'll find out tomorrow if not! I registered at about 10pm last night, and got a confirmation email pretty much straight away so don't think anyone checks the registrations.

possibly stupid question - whats the RCVS code? under where you put your practice name...is it the practices code? (how do i find out what that is?)

OH thats good, I was looking at it the other day and presumed that there would be a hefty charge that came along with it!!! Will have to have another look, as trying to sort myself out for pet smile month and denistry is the one thing I really need to brush up on- no pun intended!!!

Oh no, not for this one Julie sorry! The old style one used to be a paper based course that you enrolled on by arranging it with your territory manager, but to do it the condition was that you had to spend x amount on Pfizer products (mainly Antirobe as its often used as post dental antibiotic). The online one doesn't seem to have any conditions for who can enrol which is good, looks like a useful course.

Thanks for that, looks good! I'd wanted to do the Dental Leadership course but you had to buy something like a million pots of Antirobe and my boss wouldn't let me!
