&lt;p&gt;I used to love going to the vets with my parents when young as I loved my pets and knew that this was the place that made them better/prevented them from becoming unwell. I believe its important that kids go to the vets as it teaches them about responsibility for animal care and also sometimes about mortality. However I do NOT believe in badly behaved, ignorant, unruly kids!! &lt;p&gt;We had a couple bring their do gto the vets along with their &lt;b&gt;SEVEN &lt;/b&gt;kids! Now the dog werent that great with other dogs so the mother stood outside with the dog whilst the father stayed inside with the kids!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now they had about 20mins to wait for their appt! The kids decided to spend those 20mins going in and out of the front door to see their mum and the dog!! Not so bad I hear you say???&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well it wouldnt of been, but we had a door bell that sounded every time the door opened!!! OMG we were ready to tear our hair out! I wanted to chain the lot of them to their chairs!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I never went to the vets as a kid. I couldn&amp;#39;t look down due to fear and so I looked at the vet instead who had a look of horror on his face... he told me then that it was sick &lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/emotion-41.gif" alt="Ick!" /&gt; I said phew its only dog sick... NO he replied it human sick!!!!&lt;/p&gt;

The only concern with this is cleanliness and keeping the dogs away from it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I loved the idea of a quiet kennel.... and banning them (i&amp;#39;m sick of little girls coming in with their mummies - putting animal on the table then telling me to be nice and not hurt their doggy or kitty.
