if somebody locks their keys in the boot and it is a 'remote key' this sometimes works - If they have a mobile phone with them telephone them and then whilst they are on the line get them to hold their phone near the car boot. Press the 'remote key' at your end and just sometimes it will unlock the boot so they can get their own keys out. Doesnt work with all cars but worth a try. . Usually works well with Vauxhalls and Peugots apparently you would prob still had to go home for the spare keys but may have saved you the drive to find the car.

I heard that mentioned on the radio, i didn't believe it!

Re: got bitten today OUCHY!!

Unfortunately not remote locking, however I drive a remote locking Peugeot so that is worth knowing!!

I am terrible, I always refuse to let go until I really have to.
Im the same...I refuse to let go...normally as it makes it a lot harder to get hold of them again, and partially because I refuse to let a cat get the better of me. Im a Libra so cant even blame my starsign...Im just stupid!

It's not because you are stupid, its because you are indecisive........you can't make up your mind whether to let go or not......I bet half of you is saying maybe I should let this go and the other half saying no!

Re: got bitten today OUCHY!!

if somebody locks their keys in the boot and it is a 'remote key' this sometimes works - If they have a mobile phone with them telephone them and then whilst they are on the line get them to hold their phone near the car boot. I think you should! So far this week I have been bitten, then with a pounding headache from that bite I had to drive into the centre of Birmingham, in rush hour, to take my partners spare keys after he locked his in his boot! ARGH!

Anyone tempted to hole themselves up in the house for the rest of the week? I know I am!

Re: got bitten today OUCHY!!
I am also a Taurus - bad week for Taureans
I got bitten on the head by a Pointer on Tuesday, not great! Incisor holes in my forehead and a canine hole in the back of my head!
