ahhh just wish they would keep it to the book i mean the book was awesome so y change it for a film grrr!!

Don't got to see the film My Sister's Keeper - they change the ending!!! Possibly one of the most important parts of the book and they change it!! Just so everything is bright & happy in Hollywood-land!!

my sisters keeper yet another book i cried at!! :( havnt got round to seeing the film tho!!

anyone read the pact by jodi pilcout, that was made a film and they changed the story completly :S was awful! i cried mostly cos the film was soo bad lol!!

very true!!

although i LOVED the lord of the rings films - for me the characters etc were spot on! just a bit disappointed they missed big chunks of the books out, but I suppose that they are quite 'epic books'... took me months to read, and took me ages to 'get into them' as i found them quite hard going - loved them though!

LOVE the twilight books! not so keen on the film though... same with harry potter - i don't think they have done the books justice to be quite honest, as successful as the films are...

I've read the book (marley and me), but not seen the film yet.. gonna wait till its a bit cheaper and get the dvd.

on the subject of films and books, i read my sisters keeper the other week - great book, and can't wait to see the film!

I thought p.s i love you the film was crap! Book was way better! Reading the twilight books at the moment and again I thought the book was way better than the film!

I havent read marley and me, I keep meaning to buy it! The film though was good and made me cry so Im guessing the book will make me cry more!!!

Best book I've read in ages tbh. I read the middle on a plane. I laughed then I was crying..god knows what the guy next to me thought, blah some emotional woman! lol.

When we picked up our puppy the other night we forgot to get litter for the cats, so my bf nipped into Tesco and bought me Marley & Me (dvd).

I wanted to go see it at the cinema, and tbh I'm glad I didn't. I know they can't fit everything in but the film missed out soooooo much of the book! I mean whole chapters of Grogan's life, like the job at the gardening mag and the story of Marley and the Mangoes! I really don't understand why they didn't use that.

I've wanted to watch P.S I love you for a while too. And yesterday I got the book for 10p! So I'll be reading again before watching dvd's based on books.

Read the book more than once and cry everytime :(

was happy there was a film mad although not as good as the book.

I was fine in the cinema untill the end and i just couldnt stop crying. Reminded me of my cat. Went with my bf aswell and he jst kept laughin at me for crying but i just couldnt stop. It was soo sad!! Was more embrassed whn my mascra had run and i looked lyk a total idiot but i dnt care! it was sad!!! :(

best film i have seen for agess!!! :D

I saw the film when it was out at the cinema and loved it. Have since brought the book just not got round to reading it as my life is my portfolio at the moment!

My god I cried so much at this book! I read it in a day and I was sat in my bed at uni sobbing at 3am! lol I think it's because it reminded me of my dog who is getting old :(

Tried to watch the film on a plane the other month but had to stop watching it because I could feel myself welling up and didn't feel comfortable crying whilst amongst a bunch of strangers! lol

I read the book a few years ago, got the dvd the other day but haven't watched it yet. Have it with me tonight at work but not got round to watching it yet...
