I liked the nokia 8500 but the camera was awful and l returned it. My samsung tocco ultra is fine for my uses. Phone, Radio, Music, Camera, Alarm has a few hicups but now l know them it is nothing serious and more quirks. It is the first touch screen l have owned but mixed with a keypad which l find l hardly use but got because l did not know how l would cope with just a screen after so many mixed reports.

I still love my Blackberry though! Even though its in hospital I'm coping without it.......just.

I wouldnt get an iphone!

I think apple should stick to what they know macs and ipods

maybe i'll reconsider the samsung then....... decissions decissions

Woman in the phone shop (as I was taking my Blackberry in for repair - my fault not the Blackberry's) told me the best touch screen around just now is the Samsung.. She said it has a few minor glitches but there are always some in the beginning, and you should wait a couple of months until they iron them out. She said that although the iPhone is good, it's not as good as the Samsung and although she has a blackberry too, she wants a Samsung next!

Have changed my mind re the Samsung and have decided to go for the Nokia 5800's little brother the nokia 5530

As I use my phone A LOT I was advised not to get a touch screen phone because they don't last that long. Just a thought

i had the KF 900 Prada which was fully touch screen and its a brillent fone, i loved it but now iv got the new iphone and this is better.

out of the 2, i would say the iphone has more toys but the Prada was sooo beautiful! (especialy if you are a designer snob like me LOL)

I've got the nokia 5800, i hate it only had it 6months it has caused me no end of problems got it through phones for you who now want nothing to do with me cos its broken, the screen no longer likes being touched really helpful with a touchscreen phone!!

i too have the tocco (samsung) its fab. I really like the widgets drag and drop bit, its better than going into the menu if you use someting all the time eg messages or blue tooth

The N97 has a keyboard on it too! you slide the screen side-ways to reveal the keyboard

I just cant get on with touch screens personally which is a shame and I think may prove limiting in the near future! Am disapointed that the new Nokia N97 is touch screen as I love my N95 and was hoping it would remain similar style in its new model!
