I used to work in goldsmiths b4 I started training and we had some catalouges which had some really lovely personalised jewellery.

For the life of me I cant remember who made them but Im sure if you go into any goldsmiths and tell them what your after they should help you find it (may not have in store but can order in)

They should be helpful otherwise they are not following company rules!
