Ahh ok download the photos onto your computer then upload them from there. The words l would shring down first on word as they are to big to read here and add them after.

Sorry, but I found that really funny and nearly (but not quite) choked on my sarnie.

When I received the 'Amazing Holes' email I just copied and pasted it onto the post. Should I be doing it another way? I am with BT if that makes a difference.

Shane is a SAFFA ie he is from South Africa hence kimberly is in his back yard. I only saw it once when l was very young so do not remember to much other than a big hole that was just a hole. Some things are wasted on kids

Arlo l downloaded the image that was sent to me it's size was 500 l double checked it as soon as l took the image into my computer.

I think this sounds like it is most likely to do with the size of the image. There is a restriction on maximum file size. So if you try and upload an image straight off a 10mb camera a) it'll take a long time unless you have a very fast connection, and b) it'll get refused anyway. There is no advantage to uploading large file images into the forum, because they will only ever be displayed at screen resolution, with a maximum width of 500 pixels (I think) to fit the forum window.

I'll come back with the exact maximums shortly. But meantime, would really need to know EXACTLY what problems people are having when trying to upload, in order to see if I can replicate the issue.

I think it might be to do with certain net connections! i kno I sometimes have probs with mine and it times out after some time. I'm on mobile broadband which is a lot slow than normal broadband, could this be the route of the problem??????

Ok it has gone up ok so we know it isnt that on size. sorry have to rush will try and have a look at the others tomorrow. I downloaded the photo and then renamed (optional so l could find it easily) up[loaded it all went 100% I did not bother with the writing had l used it l would have poped it onto word, resized it (it was way to big and intrusive) then used it.

Yup it is here just got it was having a doze then at my mums only time to try the one size of it was ok width 500 let me see how it loads.

possibly the same as the DWP site - no good if you have Vista but ok with XP ?
