aww thats not good.....know how it feels tho, I am not allowed to do anything high impact at all with my knees

I was thinking of that, I'll have to cancel the London run as there is a 3hr time limit so no walking but the Great North Run I could dress up and do something stupid and hobble along!

Just so frustrating I really want to do it,

Thats not good, hope its ok and maybe u can do it another time,

unless u can turn it into a fun run eg in a wheelchair or a bath on wheels or somthing. u might even get some publicity to help the charity
