oops now the plane spotting and motocycling genes have kicked in - I am turning into a real geek!

have just joined 2 preservation groups lightning and canberra (my dad used to fly canberras and later on victors)

I have a friend who lives at East Barkwith very close to Scampton and he had told me they had been out 2 sometimes 3 times a day for the last week Good display - maybe not the best I have seen of theirs but good all the same. Glad the 'loveheart' was in the routine - cant remember seeing it last year. Breitling team was pretty good also commentary not quite as 'animated' as the red arrows one.

Talking about red arrows, was walking along the beach at New Milton on friday and they came flying over us, really low down! Was amazing, if only i'd had my camera at the ready! Had it out most the walk but had put it away at that point, damn! My dad said there was a show soon so they must have been practicing!
