I'm now officially back from holidays after 2 weeks of garden & Pimms - delightful combination and the weather was amazing!

The recipe sounds very nice indeed, I may just have to have my own garden party tete-a-tete, everyone welcome!

Mmmm... Pimms. My sis and I had it 1 part to 3 parts lemonade, cucumber and strawberries this wknd. Delicious!! Don't stir too vigorously though - it turns into a frothy volcano!!!

Its very nice, quite sweet - perfect recipe

50ml Pimms
150ml lemonade
strawberry, hulled & cut up
orange, segmented
apple, cubed
mint, 1 sprig
ice

Mix it all together in a big jug and sip all day - very refreshing and not very alcoholic , unless you drink too much or adjust the amounts!!

Some strange people want to put cucumber in it but I stick to the fruit, then once its all been drunk you can use the fruit on your pudding!!

I have to confess I have never tried pimms- wots it like?

I remember being offered pimms at cpd and being the uncouth hick fae the sticks I asked if I could have a whisky instead!!!!!!!!!!

Still on holiday but it been a bit thundery so thought I woulsd catch up on here but its taken me hours!! Must remind myself never to go away from website for more than 4 hours!! Too much stuff happens!!

As for Pimms, there has been an awful lot of that drunk this week!! It's far too drinkable!! And the strwberries & raspberries are ready and they go very well with Pimms!!

I have this lovely week off as well. with the main priority being to watch Wimbledon! So a few drinks on a new lawn would be great!

I will be ebjoying the lawns of Wimbledon come fri.....ye ha
