I bloody love Michael Jackson.. grew up to his music, so sad, I'm gutted!!

His film Moonwalker is on sunday night at 9pm on Fiver.. I'll be watching that!!

I used to watch that film all the time as a kid :-) happy days xx

I totally agree with this, the media should let up and let them grieve without their dad being splashed all over the papers/tv/radio. At the end of the day, nobody knows what he did or didn't do. I'm inclined to agree with what others say about him living his childhood as an adult.

My point of view is prob more about society,fame, media etc rather than MJ.

I dont agree with the incessant media coverage as I think its unfair on his family.

I know that I have a different view point on a lot of things to do with MJ but I may be biased due to past experiences. What I will say is that it is terrible that those close to him were more concerned with making money off of him then recognising that he needed help and getting that help for him. If he had gotten help then who knows, he may not be dead today.

I think his music is incredible. I love listening to it its recongnised in the first few notes as MJ I was always a fan.

With regards to the child molestering accusations it is my belief that he lived as a child in his adult life so connected with children in a different way to adults so i think that he possibly behaved as in a way that would have been accepted if he was a child but as he was an adult it was seen as inappropriate however i do believe he never caused harm or hurt to the children

a true entertainer who had such a troubled life but improved and enriched the lives of so many with his music and dance.

that is just my thoughts and opinions on it

I can certainly understand where you're coming from and your point of view with this. For me though, the minute the safety of children is threatened any good the person hurting the child did in his/her life is negated. They have hurt an innocent and even if they have died it shouldn't be forgotten because it won't have been for the poor kids they hurt.

Well said. I'm appalled by some of the comments. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty. Allegations are not facts. Not once was anything proved. No one knows and perhaps never will. You shouldn't judge people by what you read in the press. He had a terrible childhood - a more non-existent childhood.

He was a musical genius and I think it is very sad that he's died at such a young age. Let him rest in peace now.

not to mention on top of it being beaten and molested by your parents and made to feel uncomfortable about yourself so much that you had to change for them. the man was sick, mentally and physically. anyone would have lost it under those conditions. have some freaking respect. half the music you listen to today wouldn't be if it weren't for him. I can name 6 songs on the radio at the moment that are all influential from his work. Many you probably don't even realise.

What gets me is that the same people that vilified Jackson,Jade,Diana etc are usually the same people that are suddenly upset these people are dead.

It seems to be the way that stars are built up and then knocked down at an alarming rate.
