I found the transition hard, partly because it took me a few month to process all the events that had happened in the previous few months before leaving. Now I am in the flow and so much happier. I work for a fantastic company and my role is a but hybrid, mixed of customer care and account management.

I have RVN and other friends that have been and are 'Reps' and it is tough with the sometimes unachievable targets.

You really do have to believe in the product/service and align with the company values.
