I claim all of the training for being a clinical coach. But I also claim if I spend time creating learning aids for my students, like recently I did a question and answer sheet for drugs calculations. I spend time doing it all, and it refreshed my memory too, so I classed it as a refresher/learning for myself.

Whilst it may not be ideal to use all your CC activities as all of your CPD requirement, under the current rules you could. Any time mentoring/being mentored counts as CPD - so almost any interaction with a student. Case discussion counts - so that would cover most of the NPL activities. Have a look at the headings in the one-CPD app, they include "in house training, peer feedback, work based observation, research and reading". You could probably even count some of your tutoring under "formal - distance learning - other".

As a clinical Coach, I only claim CPD for when I completed initial training and then when I have to do standardisation twice a year plus any additional courses the college require me to do.

There is no limit on the number of hours and no requirement to provide external evidence. Something as a simple spreadsheet (or list in a notebook) adding up the hours with a few brief notes would suffice. Just don't forget to reflect.....
