You could have tick boxes next to each labelled: not able, some experience, competent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;this could include some of the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;placing ivs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;drug calculations&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;positioning for rads&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;skin prep&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;scrubbing up&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;performing nerve blocks&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;CPR&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;using advanced imaging&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;basic physio techniques&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
