Bizzy Allen-McClure - I'm sure you're right, there hasn't ever been a law about who can be a practice manager, the law concerned who could own a practice, which, when it changed in 1999, opened the role to RVNs, not to mention corporate ownership: https://www.vettimes.co.uk/article/big-6-rising-corporatisation/

I’m not sure about the law regarding practice managers but up until 1999 practice owners had to be vets. There is some more info here: vethelpdirect.com/.../
