I can&#39;t get claims to submit to companies other than petplan. It works for petplan, but all other companies get rejected. We use the animal friends pawtal too. We were hoping to save time, paper and having to chase clients for continuation claim forms, onnline claim initiations etc by using vetenvoy but so far it&#39;s quite disappointing. If it worked properly I think it would be great.</p> <p>For now we&#39;re still emailing claims as we have done for a while but hoping they&#39;ll sort it soon! However, a few weeks ago we realised it was not working/sending claims through. We have stopped using it and now email the claims to companies, apart from Petplan &amp; Animal friends as we use their portals.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
