You are more attractive if they don&amp;#39;t have to pay an agency fee, and if you are good, you will find almost everywhere either gives you more work, tries to convince you to stay, or a mix of both.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
