Depending on the task, would depend on if I&rsquo;d write evidence of demo. But I&rsquo;d mainly sign of the task with a comment such as &ldquo;(name) has corrected demonstrated (task) in an appropriate manor &nbsp;to which I am satisfied that competence has been shown.&nbsp;<br />hope this answers some of your queries.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
