I went through this a few years ago at a different practice to my current one. They were very slow to make changes, just the computer system and some of the drugs we used to start with and then they do start with targets etc after a few years. But you will be FINE If you are doing your job well, they are a very supportive company.

It's fine, some positives, some less positive, on the whole though the balance tips towards positive.

It's the unknown that most frightening, on the whole, your day to day won't change significantly.
