 I started in an VNA position and have been thoroughly enjoying it.

They won&amp;#39;t know what&amp;#39;s up if you don&amp;#39;t tell them :) plus you&amp;#39;ll keep telling yourself you&amp;#39;re no good and you&amp;#39;ll end up believing it. I would also try to be assertive if you&amp;#39;re having work taken off of you that you need to practice (the other ANA will get her own opportunities and I doubt she&amp;#39;ll hand them over to you). Also, don&amp;#39;t compare yourself to her! Everyone&amp;#39;s different and I&amp;#39;m sure you&amp;#39;re brilliant at things she&amp;#39;s terrible at. I always see blame culture and bitchiness as a failure of leadership more than anything else, so if nothing changes, it might be worth trying another practice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
