I really like Teleos. Of all the systems I have used over the years I have found it to be the most user-friendly (and I am a complete technophobe) and yes they are great at getting back to you with support issues. And after all these years it looks like me and Sal the 1st agree on something

Teleos is quite user friendly but i could d with a course on how to use it better.

Jupiter ok, support not great

of all the ones I have used over the years I still rate teleos. Easy to learn, easy to use and tech support do get back to you which is more than can be said for some others. Hate Rx works with a passion - takes you all around the houses to do even the simplest of things and thankfully haven't had to use it for some years. Their tech support seemed to inhabit another planet light years away it took them so long to get back to you. Jupiter was ok, easy to learn but no more than ok
