My other half has to shield due to health conditions and I don't know if it's safe for me to go to work if social distancing

RE: Are you actually able to social distance at a vets?

James Colver Cert.
we have had some notes to remind people to distance, but sadly not many pay attention and majority are completely unaware to stay at a distance when it is not essential to get close e.g. asking a question etc.
hygiene is very important, so doing a lot of cleaning, but not all staff members are great at doing this - it’s a risk, but if you are in a smaller team with like minded staff then it will be as safe as possible. If you work somewhere with many staff members all of who have their own ideas, then not so much!
