yes I have seen it for monitoring and think this is a really good, safe and sensible idea esp for the yorki x veloceraptor we treat. You have to be bloody quick to do anything with it and miss its horrible manky teeth, its breath alone is a killer. it has lasted much longer than anybody expected (including the owner)

My understanding is that it is a good rule out test, but high urine creatinine:cortisol not good enough for diagnosis.

Dechra have a protocol where you can measure a single cortisol a certain time post pill for monitoring. I forget the details.

synacthen from covetrus £68 per vial although may have found it cheaper? - have been discussing this with boss - how many people are using urine cortisol for diagnosis?

We've been getting Synacthen without any issues from Covetrus for a few weeks, I'm just waiting for it to go again!!

We had a call from Dechra last week to say it’s available but expiry date July 2020
