&lt;p&gt;My understanding is that it is a good rule out test, but high urine creatinine:cortisol not good enough for diagnosis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dechra have a protocol where you can measure a single cortisol a certain time post pill for monitoring.
