&lt;p&gt;S/he would be classed as a lay person. You can title them as an ANA or VCA or any other title that doesn&amp;#39;t use the term &amp;#39;veterinary nurse&amp;#39; or &amp;#39;VN&amp;#39;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You used to be able to. There are probably practices that still do it. But you&amp;#39;re not supposed to...see 19.8 in the PC&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
