I believe technically therefore its correct that your employment will end if you don&#39;t accept the change in contract as your previous contract will have been terminated and replaced. This is on the assumption your current/previous contract warms changes could be made etc which is generally the case or your employer has changed ie owner to break contract and start a new.</p> <p>There is loads of Acas about what to do if you dobg agree with contract change.&nbsp; For example&nbsp;https://www.acas.org.uk/changing-an-employment-contract/employees-if-you-do-not-agree-to-changes</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
