Got a letter in yesterday for a SVN, who was born the year I left college!!! Now I feel officilly old!!! Was bad when it was when they were born when I left school but now younger than my college days!!!!

I know what you mean. occasionaly listen to radio 2 in the car. As if that wasn't enough to make me feel old, they then go and anounce the "Golden Oldies". Songs from the 80's, that wasn't that long ago.........was it?

Nick - I have 99% of those songs too, on several very similar compilations! Oh, and as for "Dad Rocks", I can just see my dad rocjing out to that..... NOT!!!

on the whole i find vet students great!.....if they are first or second year, then get them to shadow the nurses, and try and teach them how indispensable we are, and how to treat us right when they graduate.

3rd yr onwards, i have found they shadow the vet, so they are nay bother, and they bring lots of biscuits

w/e students... i have seen those that are ace, and clean out kennels before you can ask them to, and make brews without being asked..... to those that spend all day wanting to spin round on the consult room chair, and stomp off home when you ask them to do anything!!

lol, oh damn, yeah I forgot the vet students. we normally have about 3 floating around here as well, with another three interns who are younger than me as well.

lol, well I'm over 30, and have at least two work experience kids report to me every day of the week. We do monday's to fridays almost the whole year through, about 7 months booked in advance.
