Interesting that it was the same thing for both of you! When I think about it, these things are simple but very important.

An additional one for me would be all the members of the team getting on. Some people won’t be another’s cup of tea but people being civil and making the effort is important I think.

It makes you feel part of the solution to any issue and part of the glory when things go well. Cohesion.

being listened to is a big one for me and also being able to have some input into how things are done - thankfully for me things have picked up a bit in the last couple of months
