I scoured the internet and found two things.

One was the RCVS Edward Jenner Leadership programme. It’s mostly free I think and starts soon

The other was the VDS Veterinary Nurse Leadership programme (expensive)

I’m going to be doing the first one and maybe one day if I can afford the second lol

Love how they have all this CPD for vet nurses that vet nurses can’t afford lol

Is your practice IVC? If so, they run really good leadership courses via Gary Woods
