A lot of it is school holidays since we have a few folk with kids here, but it&#39;s also just the season for holidays isn&#39;t it! Our solution to this has been to take on a uni student at this time each year for 10 weeks. The uni we take them from seems good, they come already knowing enough to fill in for nurses who are off and be of real help</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
