Do you have any recommendations for how to make yourself more suited to practice management roles? Any hints and tips or where these roles get asvertised? I can't see the vets 4 pets Cirencester role advertised

I think there are opportunities out there if you're willing to travel/relocate. They are difficult roles so not everyone is up for it. Where have you been looking for the roles? Are you looking for private practice or corporate run? Small animal or mixed.

I would be inclined to proactively look and send my CV out but also use linked in etc .
