I did not claim competence in anything I previously logged until another case came in so I could demonstrate to my new clinical coach my competence. I still used those logs as evidence of competence and experience but did not actually claim until I was able to log a task with the new practice and demonstrate my skills. It went through audit and was fine this way and my new clinical coach was happy with this. Hope this helps.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
