Definitely st tropez for me.. I am very very pale and its the only thing thats ever given a believable colour. holiday skin turned me orange too. Have also tried fake bake, make believe and numerous others but not as good. I've never had it done in a salon but apparently the St tropez people are all trained to the same standard so you shouldn't have any problems.

I had a spray tan once... big mistake it was horrible cnt believe how patchy it went.. and orange lol.. i now use the ambre solire spray its good.. and fake bake is brilliant.. expensive but gd :) ...

I use St Tropez, although at the moment I'm pretty nicely tanned from the good ol' english weather

Ambre Solaire Spray. its BRILLIANT! no streaks, not orange and everyone thought mine was real :)

St Tropez for me.

Had it done twice now and impressed both times. Don't think I'd bother doing it myself, it was £18 for an application and lasted just less than a week.

Me too, it always streaks. I got a spray tan before I went to Alcudia last year, and I was the only person who got whiter as the week went on!!!! haha

Im utterly rubbish with fake tan! I can just about cope with tinted facial moisturiser but thats it!

I do it everyday for about 3 days when I havent done it in ages and I am white lol!! Then I tend to do it about every 3rd day.

When it is wearing off, I feel it makes my skin look dirty so I need to keep putting it on!

I use that but find a get a bit orange. How often do you use it? I don't do it every day like they say, think it would make me look very fake! I tend to do it once or twice week.

if you want to build up a nice, natural looking colour over a period of time, use Johnston's Holiday skin. Works great for me.

If you go to a decent place your spray tan will be altered to your skin tone, I use the body shop moose self tan and the mitt that they sell aswell, I find that the mitt works better for a streak free application
