You were very lucky. Our Henry Shrine driver reversed his van into the front of my car despite keeping my hand on the horn whilst he was reversing - he didn't stop. He caused me 8 months of hassle and a lot of expense despite it being his fault. Needless to say I did not look forward to him turning up at work each day.

We have a lovely NVS driver, Alan. Give your wholesalers a call and ask them to pass on your thanks as they're very much appreciated. We all need a pick me up sometimes :)

Had a lovely NVS driver for years.I then moved practice and he delivered there as well!!. He remembered my name & was always really helpful. He knew if things weren't our normal order items & would take things straight back that were damaged. All Hail Andy.!!!

We swapped to HS in March last year, driver is FAB, happy, on time, tidy cheerful guy, much better than prev drivers from prev company who liked to use us as a sounding board to vent their misery about work conditions etc.

our HS driver is lovely, always cheerful and if we have ordered something out of the ordinary - ie last week I ordered 25litre distilled water instead of 10 litre he asked me if I had really wanted 25 litre because if i didnt he would leave it on the van and return it for me if I did him a quick returns form.

We've had some great NVS drivers in the past. We had two that delivered to us first and brewed up for us whilst we were opening up and sorting admits. That was a good few years ago and I know it's not the norm.

We're with a different wholesaler now, and never what time they're going to arrive, we had a few agency drivers too, so the service was variable.
