In my case, it was a difficult case, I found the Handbook of Veterinary Communication Skills, the Veterinary Receptionist and pink BSAVA book useful, I also used some general psychology and human nursing books. Its the one essay where I found lots of references very easily.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
