I saw an advert of TV for it the other day. I worked for them for a couple of months and hated it! Had to follow flowcharts to get to what you&#39;d advise them to do and the majority of my calls were from insurance customers ringing the wrong number and then getting annoyed that I couldn&#39;t answer their Q&#39;s as we weren&#39;t allowed to say anything about insurance even though we all know how it works! Pays just over minimum wage too.</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
