&lt;p&gt;It does still exist. I saw an advert of TV for it the other day. I worked for them for a couple of months and hated it! Had to follow flowcharts to get to what you&amp;#39;d advise them to do and the majority of my calls were from insurance customers ringing the wrong number and then getting annoyed that I couldn&amp;#39;t answer their Q&amp;#39;s as we weren&amp;#39;t allowed to say anything about insurance even though we all know how it works! Pays just over minimum wage too.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
