They will probably dedicate the space taken up by the surgeries to shelves full of stuff!

Far less stress and much more profitability I should imagine!

possibly? - or maybe the business model is getting past its sell by?

the v4l policy was always going to be a good little earner in the early days and get people through the door but people tend to shop around for the best price when it comes to surgery, diagnostics and long term meds and that often means their pet goes elsewhere. Loss leaders are great if the customer stays with you - not so good if they go elsewhere to spend the real money but if you set your prices too high this is what happens.

Will also be watching this one considering I still work for them. I wonder if we are actually able to blame brexit seeing as how we don't actually know what the outcome is or is it a little bit of panic at the unknown??
