Hi Nichola,

SPVS have great management CPD events and they offer discount for memberships too. It might be a way to get yourself in and keep on track if you suggest the discount to your practice. Although good managers come from great CPD and talking to fellow leaders so your practice shouldn't have a tight budget on your CPD!

Otherwise i found a local college, for me (Lancaster and Morcambe) did amazing small class leadership courses and motivation courses which so far i have struggled to beat. The smaller ones will cater to your profession.

I have been told the 'Head nurse congress' is fab also.
