do you have your regular driver - I know if ours is on hols our delivery can be late and also if another driver is off sick sometimes ours covers more than his regular round which can make him a wee bit later. Any diversions in place en route to you also account for delay. Have you tried asking the driver? Ours always gets a tub of sweets out of our Christmas chocs stash - it keeps him on our side lol

We get ours usually before noon unless they ring to say there is a problem. Becomes difficult to inform client of drug collection if times are different or getting later each day. Must be very frustrating for you.

No changes to the route or our position on it. I was wandering what time range people get their orders. When does yours arrive?

Hi,

I think it all depends on how many practices are on the drop, and how big their orders are. If your time has changed, have you rang customer services to ask why? It might be the routes have changed for the drivers so your later on the list.
