Same with me - cleaned with hibi +/- a smear of whatever depending on how it looks. I only apply a dressing if its dripping blood and I don&#39;t want to make a mess or it looks like it might need stitches or it might come into contact with something orrible and I cant cover it with a glove. Will emphasise this is how I treat myself not anybody else.</p> <p>Anybody writing them in the accident book? because if it needs a dressing it surely needs the accident book.
