&lt;p&gt;Getting a placement can be a challenge. It depends on how one goes about it. What I have found with my students is that if they approach a practice and are already enrolled on the ABC Awards level 2 certificate or even just the award for animal nursing assistants, they have had a better response. It seems the practice is more ready to consider a placement if a prospective student is showing commitment to studying for the full VN qualification. Makes sense really. Many practices will take someone as a volunteer say one day a week of that&amp;#39;s possible. Saturdays are popular!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyway, that&amp;#39;s what I advise my students who are wanting to the ABC Awards course(s) with us.&lt;/p&gt;
