 Does anyone know if syringe and needle wrappers, catheter wrappers/plastic cases, autoclave self seal pouches can be recycled?

&lt;p&gt;It depends! Above link for your info. However, it varies from county to county in the UK as to what is actually accepted so recommend you contact local authority and ask / research local authority recycling site on their web page...&lt;/p&gt;
